December 1st, 2009 Troy Melquist has legally filed a demand notice for payment and damages against John Parisi, and Dan Parisi.

The Demand notice is the first step to in a larger process to sue both Danial Parisi and John Parisi for fraud and illegal conversion of company assets to enrich themselves through a cooperation with the IWW and Richard Seymour. Both Richard Seymour and the IWW are deeply involved in the support of eco-terrorist.
Troy Melquist believes that payments between Parisi and the IWW took place in an attempt to prop up activities that may or may not have involved the support and aid of Eco-terrorist in prison. Troy Melquist has provided enough proof on this site to involve both Richard Seymour and the IWW in eco-terrorist related activites.
Now, with our demand notice to the Parisi clan, we will attempt to link the Parisi clan and the IWW in an attempt to continuely harrass, steal, and threaten Troy Melquist due to the fact that Troy Melquist has exposed the IWW and FreeGeek (Richard Seymours recycling company) as providing support and aid to eco-terrorist.
